This vinyasa class offers a flow that allows employees to focus on connecting breath to movement. The class moves from light stretching to more engaging poses that challenge different muscles.

60 Minutes
Adding onto the 45 minute class, this vinyasa class allows more time to focus on balancing poses. The class allows extra time to strengthen yoga skills and offer more one-on-one adjustments.
